APA STAFF
The APA staff manages the day-to-day operations of the association. They support members, communications, and marketing efforts, as well as committee activities, and produce key events like the Audies and APAC. They also oversee initiatives such as Meet the Producers and Quick Pitch.

Emma Harris is a project manager and event producer who’s been with the Audio Publishers Association since 2022. Before that, she worked in association management in Washington, D.C., supporting member programs and operations. When not working, you can find her exploring new coffee shops around Brooklyn!

Janet Benson is a 35-year veteran of the audio publishing industry. Originally a retailer with Audio Editions catalog and publisher with Audio Partners, she served 11 years on the APA Board as Secretary (9 years) and President (2 years). Since 2018, Janet has worked for the APA supporting the members and various events. Janet lives in the Sierra Foothills of northern California.
