APAC SPEAKER INFOROMATION
Thank you for participating in the 2024 Virtual APAC!
On this page you will find answers to frequently asked questions about participating in this event.
We have registered you for the conference and you should have received an invitation from Reattendance Events to join the conference platform - please login and get set up with them before your practice session. (If you did NOT get an invitation, please send an email to info@audiopub.org asap).
Important Note: With the exception of “Younion,” all sessions at the 2024 virtual APAC will be recorded and available for re-play to event attendees. If this is something that is not acceptable, please let JoAnna Laskas (jlaskas@audiopub.org) know by February 26.
Venue (Online Platform) Information & Practice
As in past online years … this year's event will be held completely online and powered by Reattendance. Please follow this link to access a guide to Reattendance. BUT!! The best way to get familiar with the platform is to attend one of our scheduled practice sessions.
The scheduled options are:
Monday, February 26, 11AM ET/8AM PT
Monday, February 26, 4PM ET/1PM PT
There are direct links to the zoom sessions above, but you can also access this through the Reattendance platform. Please show up to either date and get your questions/comments/concerns addressed. If neither session works for you, but you still have questions, please contact JoAnna at jlaskas@audiopub.org.
What’s Happening When?
Runs of Show for each session are linked here - these are YOUR documents to add to and amend with any plans you have for the session so all participants know the drill.
Please note — all speakers/panelists/moderators will have direct access to the session via the Zoom link at the top of the Run of Show, or you can enter through the session link on the Reattendance platform.

Audience Info. & PRESENTATION TEMPLATE
Please consider downloading and using this presentation template for your slides.
APAC is attended by members of the audiobook publishing community and draws a mix of publishers, vendors, narrators and other industry professionals. Most attendees are members of the Audio Publishers Association, but non-members are in attendance as well. APAC offers separate sessions with a business focus and a production focus. Please prepare your presentation with the attendees in mind.
Be prepared for questions and interaction. We encourage our attendees and presenters to stay engaged and participate through the Q&A panels. Our team is on hand to provide openings to each session and tech assistance so you can focus on educating and interacting.
