Jim Dinegar - Executive Director, Audio Publishers Association
Jim brings decades of leadership experience across major national organizations, combining strategic vision with a creative, forward-thinking approach. Before launching his management firm in 2022, he served as the Inaugural Director of The Center for Business in the Capital at American University. His career also includes leading the Greater Washington Board of Trade as President and CEO, and serving as Chief Operating Officer of the American Institute of Architects.
He has held board roles with organizations such as the Smithsonian National Zoo, the Bob Woodruff Foundation, and MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital. Originally from Queens, New York, Jim now lives in Arlington, Virginia. As he steps into his role with the APA, he brings fresh energy, perspective, and a collaborative spirit to his partnerships with the Board of Directors and staff.

She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Audio Publisher’s Association and lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Amanda D'Acierno - President, Penguin Random House Audio Global
Amanda D’Acierno is President, Penguin Random House Audio, Global, overseeing the Random House Audio, Penguin Audio, BOT, and Listening Library imprints in the U.S.; expanding Penguin Random House’s audio publishing; and investing in recording studios worldwide. She guided the U.S. audio business through a period of robust growth, increasing the list from 500 titles in 2008 to 2,000 titles annually today, in collaboration with imprints across Penguin Random House and publishers throughout the industry. The Ahab Talent global casting platform, PRH Audio app, and Penguin Random House Audio Narrator Mentorship program were launched under her leadership.
Troy Juliar - Co-President and Chief Content Officer, RBMedia
Troy Juliar is Co-President and Chief Content Officer of RBMedia. He has worked since 2003 to build a catalog of over 100,000 titles and publishing program that releases 10,000 new audiobooks per year in four languages. He is grateful to have grown up in this industry among such interesting and thoughtful actors, peers, and competitors. He is still having fun.
Colleen Prendergast - Associate Director of Licensing, Spotify
Colleen Prendergast is the Associate Director of Licensing at Spotify, where she currently leads the company's audiobook publishing division. Previously, she oversaw the audiobook publishing and international content strategy for Findaway. She has worked in the publishing industry for more than 10 years.

Ramon is an Audie Award, SOVAS Award, Listeners Choice Award, multiple Earphones Awards, and AudioBook Reviewers Choice Award winner. He is also an AudioFile Magazine prestigious "Golden Voice Narrator”, and in 2026 will be inducted into the Audible Narrator Hall of Fame. Among others, he is the voice of the iconic "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" audiobooks, and the bestselling “Red, White, and Royal Blue” . An accomplished TV/Stage/Film Actor, Ramon is known for recurring roles on hit TV shows including "The West Wing", "Notorious", "12 Monkeys", "Sons of Anarchy","Major Crimes”, “MacGyver”, “Dynasty”, and “The Lincoln Lawyer” among others. He has performed on stages all over the world, winning Best Actor Awards in Los Angeles for his Hamlet as well as his Oedipus. He is also the winner of a prestigious Princess Grace Award, and an OBIE Award for his Off Broadway work.

Tomeka M. Winborne is an audiobook director, author, and a film writer, director, and producer. She began directing audiobooks in 2021 after being referred to Penguin Random House during the pandemic and has since directed more than 100 titles for Penguin Random House Audio and HarperCollins Audio. Her credits include works by Dana Bash, Bakari Sellers, John Conyers III, Krystal Marquis, Johnny Steinberg, and Tasha Cobbs Leonard. Jorjeana Marie - Narrator, Superbloom
You may recognize Jorjeana Marie's voice from Disney, Nickelodeon, PBS or performing over four hundred audiobooks. She is a prolific actor and comedian and the recipient of Audie, SOVAS, YALSA and Earphones awards. Publishers Weekly calls her narration "Pitch Perfect". She is the author of the LA Times bestselling book "Improv for Writers" a creative guide for performers and writers that Oscar winner Meg Le Fauve says "If you're looking for a good tool to help you generate ideas -- this is a great book."
Elishia Merricks - Producer, Macmillan
Based in NYC, but UK grown, Elishia Merricks is an award-winning Producer with Macmillan Audio. She runs the Macmillan New Narrator's Events with the goal of finding new and exciting talent and has over ten years of production experience. She has had the pleasure of producing audiobooks for S.A. Cosby, Keira D'Amato, Alice Feeney, Xochitl Gonzalez, Casey McQuiston, Questlove, Veronica Roth, Alyson Stoner, and Stacy Willingham.

Just this month, he received an Audie for Best Ensemble for THE CORRESPONDENT and an Earphones Award from AudioFile/Kirkus for his performance of Elliot Ackerman’s SHEEPDOGS.
In 2023, he received two Audie nominations for Best Thriller (Snowstorm in August,
Blackstone Audio) and Best Multi-Cast (Star Trek: No Man’s Land, Simon and Schuster
Audio), and a SOVAS nomination for Best Fantasy (They Split the Party, CamCat).
Chris is also a TV and Film actor with credits from Castle, Gotham and an upcoming show for Apple TV. He’s also a interactive voice actor with over 30 characters in the Fallout game series, companion Mickey Caviar in Starfield, and can be heard voicing the Ultimate History Quiz on your nearest Alexa device for The History Channel.
Jessica Kaye - Co-Owner, Curated Audio
Publishing and entertainment lawyer Jessica Kaye (www.kayemills.com) has produced/directed multiple Grammy Award-winning audiobooks. She has served on the boards of Audio Publishers Association, Mystery Writers of America and is on the board of Screamfest Film Festival. Jessica co-owns audiobook production company Curated Audio LLC (www.curatedaudio.net) and owns audiobook distribution company Big Happy Family (www.bighappyfamilyaudio.com). She authored THE GUIDE TO PUBLISHING AUDIOBOOKS (Writers Digest Books, 2019), created MEETING ACROSS THE RIVER (anthology, BloomsburyUSA, 2005) and contributed to CULPRITS (Datura, 2024) and OCCUPIED EARTH (Polis Books, 2015). CULPRITS is a limited series for DISNEY+, streaming on Hulu in the US.

Andrea began her tenure as CEO of the Independent Book Publishers Association in November 2022. Prior to that she was the founding vice-president and publisher of HarperCollins’ lifestyle imprint, Harper Horizon. Andrea spent fifteen years in sales, digital media, and business operations at Workman Publishing and was Director of Content Acquisition at Ingram Content Group. She also formerly served on the board of the Book Industry Study Group.
Victoria Gerken - Publisher, Podium Entertainment
Victoria Gerken has welcomed independent authors into the Podium family for a decade. She previously worked with authors in traditional publishing roles - at Random House and Alfred A. Knopf - where she was a publicist and sold subsidiary rights. She got her first taste of entrepreneurship in publishing as the founder of the Random House Speakers Bureau.
