Venue Information

APAC will be hosted at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square on Monday, March 27, 2023. Secure your room now through APA's Room Block – be sure to reserve asap to ensure that rooms are available.

About Exhibit Tables and Staffing

  • Each exhibitor is provided one draped table, 6 ft wide by 2.5 ft deep.

  • Exhibits will be positioned near the registration desk.

  • Setup may begin 6:00am on Monday morning.

  • Exhibits may be staffed throughout the day or unstaffed with literature for attendees to self-review.

  • All staff must be registered for APAC; if you would like to register other attendees beyond your pre-paid sponsor number, please email info@audiopub.org to ensure you receive the member rate of $375/person.

FedEx is the onsite shipping and receiving partner for the Marriott Marquis. Please follow the instructions here to ensure your packages are properly labeled.
