APAC is the premier event in the audiobook industry designed to address industry trends share ideas and provide networking opportunities for industry leaders.

APAC 2014 will be held on Wednesday, May 28th at The Jacob K. Javits Convention Center of New York, in conjunction with Book Expo America. Two tracks will be offered concurrently at 2014 APAC: a Business Track (formerly the Publisher Track) and a Performance Track (formerly the Narrator Track). APA is excited to announce that Alan Iny co-author of Thinking in New Boxes is this year’s keynote speaker.

APA and its members come together for a very special evening to celebrate the year’s achievements in audiobook production. The Gala and Audie Awards Presentation is the highlight of the audiobook industry as the only awards program in the U.S. entirely devoted to recognizing distinction in audiobooks and spoken word entertainment. With over 1,200 entries, the competition continues to break records!

The 2014 Gala and Audie Awards Presentation will be held on Thursday May 29th beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the New York Academy of Medicine in New York City.
