Cancellation & Payment Policy:

All ticket/table sales and advertising requests are final. Execution of registration signifies assumption of legal responsibility to pay for all tickets and advertising selected during the registration process. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. For tax reporting purposes, APA’s Federal Tax identification number is 13-3614862 under IRS code 501(c)(6). There will be no refunds for cancellation.

Audies Advertising Opportunities

Advertising in the Audies on-site program is a great opportunity to get your company name in front of hundreds of influential leaders in audiobook publishing. The program details the awards finalists and is distributed to every attendee.

And … It continues to be an affordable way to gain visibility and/or congratulate your finalists.
While we are not selling tables this year, the individual ticket price has been set at a level that will allow you to purchase advertising in the onsite program in addition to your tickets, and still keep your Audies expenses lower than they have been in the past.

Ad space is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All ads are four-color. Payment must be received before ad will be placed. Management has the right to release and/or resell space that is not paid in full by the ad placement deadline.

Insertion Order Deadline:

Your insertion request must be returned to APA by Friday, April 2, 2010.

All ads are 4-color Full page bleed: 7” x 10”
Half page bleed: 6 ¼“ x 4 ½” Full page trim: 6 ¾“ x 9 ¾”

Submission Requirements and Mailing Instructions:

Ads may be sent to APA Headquarters on CD or electronically and must include a PDF of the art for proofing. The file must be one of the following formats: EPS, TIF, JPG, Quark, or Press Optimized PDF. Be sure to include any fonts and images linked to your file. All photos must be high resolution (300dpi). Files that are larger than 3MB in size should NOT be sent via e-mail. Please mail these on CD to APA Headquarters, 191 Clarksville Road, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550. Email ads to audies@audiopub.org.

Ad Policy:

Artwork and payment must be received at APA by Monday, April 19, 2010 in order for your advertisement to be placed. You are responsible for the creation of your own advertisement. You will not necessarily be reminded of deadlines. Ad cancellations will not be accepted after the insertion order closing date.
